Doodletales Design Team

Hi Everyone,

After a long long break I am back!!!!! I got accepted as part of the design team for Doodletales. I'm so excited!!! Doodletales is a rubber stamp company from Malaysia and they are made by a guy, Ivan San. You can purchase Doodletales stamps from Ivan's etsy store here. He has very cool and cute stamps plus new ones for Christmas!!!!!

My first DT creation is a tag. I kept it rather simple (I'm so into simple right now). The stamp I used from Doodletales is Mini Zombie. They are so cute!! The sentiment says "Did I scare you?" and is part of a set from The Angel Company. When I saw the stamp I initially wanted a Happy Halloween sentiment but I figure it looks more like he is trying to scare her, lol. I colored them with prisma colored pencil in orange and green. The orange pattern paper and flower is from my SS on SCS. The kraft paper is from Michaels.

Now, go over to Doodletales and take a look and buy some for yourself. You won't be disappointed!!!

Supplies:
stamp: Mini Zombies by Doodletales
Paper: unknown, kraft by Michaels
Medium: prisma colored pencils
Misc: SU large oval, small oval, and scallop oval punch. Sizzix tag die, black ribbon, felt flower, brad.

Die Cut Challenge at Pieces of Ali n' Me: Birthdays

This weeks die cut challenge over at Pieces of Ali n' Me is "Birthdays". For my card, I used pp from Recollections, the monkeys. I love this pp. It's fun and cute at the same time. I added a piece of crimper paper i got from Target. The dies I used were both from Cuttlebug. The first one is an alphabet die (forgot what its called, threw away the box) and the second one is a birthday set. The 'happy birthday' letters are from the alphabet set and the party hat with the twine is from the birthday set. I added a yellow button and colored the letters with gold lame smooch. I distress the card with distress ink.

I'm entering this card for:

Papertake Weekly Challenge: Anything Goes

ABC Challenge: Wish

Supplies:
Dies: Cuttlebug
paper: recollections pp, recollections kraft, yellow layer

icopic Translucent coloring challenge

This card was made for a swap I'm on from SCS. I'm entering it for icopic's Translucent coloring challenge. I bought this stamp from a garage sale last year and it's my first time using it. I wasn't too sure how to color the image so I looked at the image that came with the stamp as my guide. I like to keep my cards simple just in case I want to add something later but in this case I like it just the way it is. I was looking for a sentiment but could not find one.

PaperCup Cakes Challenge: Easel Card

This weeks challenge at PaperCup Cakes is to make an 'easel card'. Well, the challenge ends Sunday but because of blogger, I'm only posting this now.

For this weeks challenge I used Mr. Twitter. I colored him with prisma colored pencils and tried to make him look like a cardinal, lol.

The winner will get two images from Paper Cupcakes

Die Cut Challenge at Pieces of Ali n Me: Trees

Hi,

I don't know what's going on with blogger, but man, it hasn't been letting me post any of my cards. I have no idea what's going on. Hopefully it won't last long. On to this weeks creations. This was supposed to be posted on Friday but somehow I could only post it today.

This weeks die cut challenge at Pieces of Ali n' Me is 'Trees'. Well, for this challenge, I used two pieces of die cut trees, a car, and a MN shape from K & Co.'s 50 states line. I saw a picture of my boyfriend (from like waaaaaaay back then) and thought it was a great picture to go with the die cuts. The picture shows a bridge where you could walk across and boy I must say it was SCAAAAAAAARY!!! I did not cross that dang bridge, it was sooooo wiggly, like it was going to break.

Anyhoo, the stamp set I used is from CTMH. I forgot what the set is called.

I'm entering this for:

Simon Says Stamp Challenge: For Father/Male

PaperPlay Challenges: Summer Citrus Splash: greens, yellows, oranges

Supplies:
Stamp: CTMH sentiment
Die Cuts: K & Co.
Paper: kraft cs
Misc: button, string
