Hi everyone, I hope you gals are having a fab 4th of July. The weather is ugh... so hot and humid here in Brooklyn Center, MN.
I need help. I am interested in Digital Scrapbooking but not sure if you need some kind of program for it. I tried google and it really made me more confused. Do I need to download a program? If there is a sketch, how do I create the layouts? I had wanted to do a couple digital scrap challenges but couldn't cuz I just couldnt figure it out. Any help will do.
