Paper Cupcake Design Team!!!!! The first challenge set by Katrina is "Monochromatic". For this challenge I made a Top Note gift card holder. I used Madelina. I colored her dress with prisma colored pencils and her skin with copics. I added stickle to her wings to make her shine. Now, hop on over to
