The WCW challenge over at TGF is summer and use yellow. I used Dahlia and colored her with prismacolor pencil in yellow. I added a glitter fiskar gel pen to her clothes and hair pen. The yellow paper is from Bazzil Basics which have been embossed. I added a ribbon and button.
Super cute card, Sheng and I love the sparkle! Great take on the challenge this certainly says sunshine and summer fun to me!
