This weeks challenge on Sugar Nellie's SCS is Decoupage. I don't know what the name of this image is, will post later when I do find it. I decoupaged the present and the cake. I used Fiskars gel pens and copics. I aged the dotty dp from Little Monsters by using dew drops. The white was just a bit too much. I like this look way better.

Great job tonning down the too birght white on the polka dot paper! It's funny how many different shades of white there are. Thanks for playing along with this weeks WSC!
