I made this card using CCDesigns Sugarplum Rainy Day Emma stamp. I colored her in copics and paper pierced her boots and umbrella in Basic Occasion pp. The sentiment is from Heidi Grace. I used a sketch from The Pixie Cottage (BTW: they are having a DT call).
