All That Scraps Weekly Wednesday challenge "New Year" (week 11). For this challenge I used the free digi that Marina provided to The Greeting Farm called New Year Toby.

I colored him using colored pencils, I colored his drink w/ pink copic and glitter copic. Papers are from Making Memories. I forgot who the blue glitter paper is from.
